MindBody Instructions

Instructions on how to use our NEW PROGRAM!

Class Descriptions

Please note the Levels are indicative of the Intensity of the workout, not ability. Although most beginner cyclists will start with Level 1.  All Winter Training Series Athletes should participate in all Levels.

Level 1

This level is designed to for beginners AND experienced cyclists. The beginner cyclist will enjoy all the nuances of what our Training Program offers. Are you learning how to ride a bike? Are you learning how to "clip in" for the first time? Are you looking to become a more efficient cyclist? Do you want to learn proper biomechanics? 

If you are a experienced cyclist/triathlete this is a great program for recovery or preparation for your event. Most efforts will be in endurance/recovery zones with some tempo thrown in.

Exertion level in these classes are typically a 1-4 on a Perceived Exertion scale (1-10 scale)

Level 2:

This program is designed for all abilities in cycling. (Beginner to Pro) Its perfect for our experienced athletes and to introduce the "newer" cyclists to the more advanced aspect of our training program. This program is perfect for Hill Climbing (Pro's to beginners), tempo (moderate efforts) workouts for all cyclists. We will generally use the multirider coaching software (interval based training).

Exertion level in these classes are typically a 5-8 on a Perceived Exertion scale (1-10 scale)

Level 3:

These classes are designed to work the "sharp end" of your training. IF YOU HAVE participated in any of our Winter Training Series these classe are perfect! BUT, NEWBIES??? DON'T be intimidated by these classes!. Hill Climbing, Harder group ride preparation, Time Trial Preparation. Power based junkies will love these workouts!HOWEVER, if you are new to our program we encourage to try one of these workouts to get a "feel" of what our programs can do for you!!!

INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO USE OUR NEW MINDBODY SOFTWARE

Creating Your Account

  1. Click here to access MINDBODY online.
  2. In the upper right-hand corner, click on “New Users: Sign Up!
  3. Scroll to the bottom of the screen and find, “Is this your first time?“—follow step one by entering your information in the boxes provided.
  4. IF you are already in our database it will say “we have someone similar, is this you?”
  5. Click “Next” and the “Create Account” screen will open.
  6. Fill out the form with all accurate contact information and click “Create Account” at the bottom of the screen.
    • The upper right-hand corner should say “Welcome, [Your Name], You are Logged In.”
    • If at any time you wish to edit your account information, you can do so by clicking the “MY INFO” tab at the upper right-hand corner of the screen.

Changing Winter Training Series/Training Series Classes

  1. Click here to access MINDBODY online.
  2. Go to “My info” then “my schedule”
  3. Cancel the class you are going to miss.
  4. Then, go to “Winter Training Series” tab.
  5. Scroll down under the "Event Schedule" and find the class (date) you want to attend.
  6. Click "sign up now" tab for the date you want. 
  7. Scroll down on the "Single Reservation" page to see a list of all dates for that class. Any date in black is available. Red is full/unavailable.
  8. Click on the available date you wish to attend. The date box you select will show highlighted.
  9. Click on "Enroll" to add that class to your schedule
  10. JUST BECAUSE you see a date in Red doesn't mean that date will not OPEN UP in the future. Check back often. Cancellations happen on a daily basis!

Purchasing A One-Month Unlimited Class Membership

1.    Click here to access MINDBODY online.

2.     Go to the “ONLINE STORE” tab at the upper right-hand corner of the screen. Please disregard the “Retail Store” tab.

3.     Select the gray “Coaching Packages/Winter Training Series/Appointments/Camps” tab and follow the prompts to purchase a one-month membership.

Purchasing A Year Unlimited Class Membership

  1. Go to the “ONLINE STORE” tab at the upper right-hand corner of the screen. Please disregard the “Retail Store” tab.
  2. To pay in full, select the gray “Series & Memberships” tab and follow the prompts to purchase a three-month membership.
  3. To pay in three monthly installments, select the gray “Contracts” tab and follow the prompts to purchase the “Unlimited YEARLY Computrainer Membership”

Purchasing Personal Training Sessions (10 or 20 pack)

  1. Click here to access MINDBODY online.
  2. Go to the “ONLINE STORE” tab at the upper right-hand corner of the screen. Please disregard the “Retail Store” tab.
  3. Select the gray “Coaching Packages/Winter Training Series/Appointments” tab and follow the prompts to purchase the personal training package that you would like.

Purchasing Personal Coaching Monthly

  1. Click here to access MINDBODY online.
  2. Go to the “ONLINE STORE” tab at the upper right-hand corner of the screen. Please disregard the “Retail Store” tab.
  3. Select the gray “Coaching Packages/Winter Training Series/Appointments” tab and follow the prompts to purchase the personal training package that you would like.

Registering for Group Training Classes

  1. Click here to access MINDBODY online. At the upper right-hand corner of the screen, make sure the “Computrainer CLASSES” tab is selected (this is the default tab, so it should already be selected).
  2. To locate your desired sign-up date, use the “Previous Day” and “Next Day” tabs across the top of the screen.
  3. Next to the desired time slot, click the “Sign up Now!!” button.
  4. The “Reserve Class/Event” screen will open.
  5. If you would like to schedule this one class, click the topClick here to make a single reservation” button. If you would like to make this a recurring reservation, fill out your desired parameters in the “Recurring Options” section, and then click the bottomClick here to make a recurring reservation” option.
  6. The “My Schedule” screen will open, listing all of the group classes for which you have registered.

Signing Up for Personal Training Sessions (Currently not available)

  1. Click here to access MINDBODY online. At the upper right-hand corner of the screen, make sure the “APPOINTMENTS” tab is selected.
  2. The “Find an Appointment” screen will open. Fill out the form with your desired parameters. After you are done, scroll down to the bottom of the screen and click “SEARCH.”
  3. The “Search Results” screen will open. Schedule a personal training session by choosing your desired time slot and selecting the “Book” link next to the coach that you would like.
  4. The “Make Appointment” screen will open. Confirm the appointment details and click either “Make Single Appointment” or “Make Recurring Appointment.”
  5. The “My Schedule” screen will open, listing all of the personal training sessions for which you have registered.
