Here are the basic principles of our approach.

1. Assessment: We will begin the assessment process with testing the athlete. Tests include V02 Max/submax testing, Strength and conditioning, speed and agility, flexibility and nutrition. This will start the beginning process to your foundation.

2. Preparation: This aspect of per4mancetraining may be the most valuable. We take all aspects of per4mancetraining successful coaching model and build you the right plan!

3. Implementation: This process is where we take the results of the initial assessment and the preparation phase and move you into the fun stuff….doing it!

4. Success: If we take the time to adhere to the first 3 principles then we will guarantee the best possible result….number 4…your satisfaction.
