NewsDECEMBER 14, 2004 Transition to the off season Will Hoffarth entered the off road duathlon series with the mindset to just maintain fitness. It appeared that more was in store. Will finished in the top 10 overall and garnered 1st place in the mens 19-29 age group. Rick Hoffarth did a wonderful job of carrying his fitness into the off-season as well. Rick was 3rd in his age group at the Tred and Shred off road Duathlon. Then, the following week finished 1st in his age group! Ray Broome suffered through the pouring rain to finish in the top 10 of the Sport men 40-49. Many of Ray’s competitors don’t even recognize him now. Lean, mean fighting machine.
